Bitcoin (BTC), the world’s oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, fell below $41,000 over the weekend. Popular altcoins such as Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE) all ended up in the red. With a 24-hour rise of more than 8%, FTX Token (FTT) emerged as the largest gainer of the bunch. Arweave (AR) was the biggest loser, falling more than 12% in a 24-hour period.

At the time of writing, the worldwide crypto market valuation was $1.46 trillion, representing an 8.08 percent drop in a 24-hour period.
